Whats kills or superpowers do you currently possess that you would call your strengths?
Intuition. Communication. Passion.
What skills or superpowers would you like to develop or enhance throughout your work and time with Creative Humanities?
Planning skills. I am a terrible planner and hate using a calendar, yet somehow I always have a sense that something needs to be done that day and it gets done.
Whom do you see as having the skills and strengths that you would like to enhance and develop?
My mom. She’s awesome. She embodies workplace success.
At any point during your work with the Creative Humanities did you find yourself stepping outside of your comfort zone? Did you learn or discover something new about yourself, your interests, or abilities?
I wouldn’t call it discomfort. I call it awareness that something is happening and I take that as being challenged and being called to take steps to address the challenge. For example, at the first CPS Facilitation, I got the impression everyone in the group had different political views from mine. I paused and tried to understand their perspective. This helped me to reorient myself in order to serve the client and their needs. I did my best to remain open to how my training in business, in connection with my political views and unique perspective, could be of service to the client and their goals.
